These Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) govern your use of the services provided on our website, www.otomanbamboofashion.com.
The Website is owned, registered, and operated by Otoman Private Limited, incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and having its registered office at 10/550-G, Nahnuk Building, Vaniyambalam P.O, Wandoor, Malappuram, 679339, Kerala, India.
These Terms of Service, along with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, collectively govern your use of the Website.
The Company operates the Website to provide online access to information about the Company and the products, services, and opportunities we offer (“Services”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Services. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy, you may not use the Services. By using the Website, you signify your acceptance of the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service, which take effect immediately upon your use of the Services, thereby creating a legally binding arrangement for you to abide by them.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing any updates to these terms on the Website.
You may place either a one-time order for products or purchase a subscription.
Payment for Purchases
We offer multiple secure payment options.
Payment for subscriptions can be made through:
(a) Debit Cards (Federal Bank)
(b) Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment for one-time orders can be made through:
(a) Debit Cards
(b) Net Banking
(c) UPI
(d) COD
Terms of Payment:
(a) You agree to pay all charges at the rates applicable when such charges are incurred.
(b) You must provide a valid credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, or other accepted issuers) or another specified payment method (“Payment Facility”) as a condition for making payments.
(c) Your Payment Facility agreement governs your use of the designated payment method, and you must refer to that agreement for your rights and liabilities.
(d) You authorize Otoman and its service providers to share any information and payment instructions you provide to complete the payment transaction, including personal, financial, and transaction details.
(e) By providing your payment and financial information, you authorize Otoman, its service providers, and any third-party payment processors to charge your account immediately for applicable fees and charges without requiring additional notice or consent.
(f) Otoman reserves the right to modify prices and billing methods at any time.
(g) All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete.
(h) You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment card or method you provide.
(i) In case of fraudulent transactions, Otoman reserves the right to share details with the appropriate authorities for verification.
(j) If fraudulent activity is detected, Otoman reserves the right to recover all associated losses and expenses (e.g., legal fees, collection charges) and take legal action as necessary.
COD Terms:
(i) COD payment allows you to pay in cash upon delivery at your doorstep.
(ii) COD payments can only be made in Indian Rupees.
(iii) COD may not be available for all Indian zip codes. During checkout, you can verify if COD is available for your delivery address.
Shipping Policy
We currently deliver products only within India. You will not be able to confirm an order if delivery to your area is unavailable. Delivery zones are frequently updated, so please check back later if delivery is not currently available in your area.
Once your order is placed and accepted, you will receive an email confirming the order.
We typically ship products within 2-3 business days of order placement and confirmation. Upon successful shipment, you will receive the consignment details to track your order.
The typical delivery period is within 10 days of shipping and no later than 15-30 days in the event of delays or exigencies beyond our control.
In the unlikely event that delivery is delayed beyond 15-30 business days, we will update you on the status. If the product is unavailable, we will cancel the order and provide a refund or issue a coupon equivalent to the order value, credited to your account. This coupon can be used for future purchases.
For partial deliveries, we will notify you and provide a refund or coupon for the undelivered portion of the order.
We use only reputed courier agencies for deliveries.
Orders will be shipped with an invoice in compliance with Indian tax regulations.
Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
Returns Policy
We strive to deliver products of the highest quality. However, if your order is received in a damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect, we accept returns under these circumstances.
To initiate a return:

- Provide a clear photograph of the defect/damage, along with your order number and registered mobile number.
Our team will analyze the issue and process a return, replacement, or refund. Additional inquiries may be addressed by our customer support team via call or email.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the product has not been shipped. Approved cancellations are eligible for a full refund.
Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be honored.
Otoman reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, factual inaccuracies, or issues with provided details.
Refund Policy
Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
For COD orders, refunds will be transferred to the bank account details provided during the refund request.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued in cash.
Coupon Policy
Coupons can be redeemed during checkout, with their value deducted from the total amount.
Terms:
- Only one coupon can be applied per order.
- Coupons cannot be combined with other offers.
- Expired coupons cannot be refunded or extended.
- Canceling an order after applying a coupon invalidates the coupon.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.
Proof of Delivery (POD) Policy
- Once your order is marked as delivered, you will receive confirmation via WhatsApp and email.
- If you have not received the order despite it being marked as delivered, report the issue within 48 hours.
- Email support@otoman.com with details of the issue.
- Proof of Delivery (POD) will be provided within 72 hours after a request is raised.
